Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Effective December 18, 2007, James A. Cummings resigned from the Board of Directors of Perini Corporation (the “Company”). Mr. Cummings will retire as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of James A. Cummings, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, as of January 31, 2008.
