On April 12, 2010, Ms. Carol O’Neill was named Senior Vice President of Spartech Packaging Technologies, an operating business of Spartech Corporation (the “Company”). The Company issued a press release announcing Ms. O’Neill’s appointment on April 12, 2010. A copy of the press release is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference.
