ITEM 8.01. Other Events.
On March 31, 2022, HG Global Ltd., a subsidiary of White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd., closed a new $150 million, 10-year term loan credit facility. Our press release regarding this matter is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
