Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
PDC Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) deeply regrets to report the death of Director Kimberly Luff Wakim. Ms. Wakim passed away on April 28, 2017. Ms. Wakim served as a director of the Company since 2003 and was also a member of the Company’s Audit Committee, Compensation Committee, and Nominating and Governance Committee. Ms. Wakim will be greatly missed by the Company, and the Company would like to express its gratitude for Ms. Wakim’s 14 years of dedicated service.
