Section 7.01.Regulation FD Disclosure
The Company has received inquiries regarding the exposure to Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae in its securities portfolio. As of June 30, 2008, and as of September 5, 2008, the Company's total exposure to auction rate securities related to Freddie Mac preferred stock was $1.7 million, and the Company's book value of Fannie Mae Common Stock was $486. The Company has no other equity exposure to those entities.
