Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 17, 2021, Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. issued a press release announcing fiscal 2021 fourth quarter and fiscal year results, the text of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
The initial press release inadvertently omitted amounts from the Proceeds from Dispositions line in the Investing Activities table as part of the Cash Flow Review, which have been corrected in the press release attached hereto.
