Dear Fellow Shareholders of Aspect,
We wanted to alert you that we, along with other major Aspect shareholders, are calling the special meeting for Scepter's transaction. All of us are in the process of confirming ownership percentages to DTC and Cede & Co. and we expect Cede & Co. to send a formal written request to the company in the next few days on behalf of shareholders who collectively own more than 10% of Aspect common stock to call the special meeting for Scepter's transaction. Based on our understanding of the timing for Cede & Co. to send the formal notice to Aspect, we expect the special meeting for Scepter's transaction to be held sometime between February 14 and February 21, 2003.
Regards,
Geoffrey Raynor
President of Scepter Holdings, Inc.
