Amendment to Articles of Incorporation”
On January 28, 2014, a majority of the common stockholders of the Company and the Board of Directors of the Company voted to amend the Company's Articles of Incorporation and increase the number of shares of authorized common stock from two billion five hundred million (2,500,000,000) shares to six billion (6,000,000,000) shares. The par value of the common stock remains at one tenth of one cent ($0.001). As of January 30, 2014, there are 2,331,083,805 shares of common stock outstanding.
