Amendment to Articles of Incorporation
On August 25, 2014, a majority of the common stockholders of the Company and the Board of Directors of the Company voted to amend the Company's Articles of Incorporation and increase the number of shares of authorized common stock from six billion (6,000,000,000) shares to nine billion (9,000,000,000) shares. The par value of the common stock remains at one tenth of one cent ($0.001). As of September 3, 2014, there are 6,136,985,885 shares of common stock outstanding.
The text of the Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 10.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
