11. Item 4 (Resignation, Removal or Election of Registrant’s Directors or Officers)
We disclose the passing of Ambassador Albert Ferreros del Rosario, a director of PLDT Inc. (“PLDT” or the “Company”) since 2016, and a member of the Technology Strategy Committee of the PLDT Board. We are deeply saddened by the demise of Ambassador del Rosario, who was always kind and considerate and generous in sharing his valuable insights with the Board and the Management of the Company. To the very end, Ambassador del Rosario actively participated in the affairs of the Company even if his physical participation in meetings presented certain challenges on his part. We are forever grateful for his unwavering dedication to the welfare of the Company.
