We disclose that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of PLDT Inc. (respectively, the “Board” and the “Company”) held on August 9, 2018, the Board declared the following cash dividends out of the unaudited unrestricted retained earnings of the Company as at June 30, 2018, which are sufficient to cover the total amount of dividends declared:
1. | Regular dividend of P36.00 per outstanding share of the Company’s Common Stock, payable on September 11, 2018 to the holders of record on August 28, 2018. |
2. | P12,420,000.00 on all of the outstanding shares of the Company’s Series IV Cumulative Non-Convertible Redeemable Preferred Stock, for the quarter ending September 15, 2018, payable on September 15, 2018 to the holder of record on August 28, 2018. |
