On September 3, 2010, we issued the press release furnished with this report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1, announcing a change of our trading or ticker symbol to “IFCR” from “PGRA” and the effective date of the reverse stock split described in prior reports, as well as confirmation of the removal of our state of incorporation to Florida from Colorado and our name change to Integrated Freight Corporation from PlanGraphics, Inc.
