Susan H. Martin, Executive Vice President of WEC Energy Group Inc., (“WEC Energy”), retired effective April 2, 2018. We previously reported that Ms. Martin had decided to retire in early 2018. In light of Ms. Martin’s many contributions to the success of WEC Energy during her 18 years of service, on March 29, 2018, the Compensation Committee of WEC Energy’s Board of Directors accelerated the vesting of all unvested shares of restricted stock awarded to Ms. Martin, consisting of approximately 6,341 shares, effective April 2, 2018.
