Factors Affecting Performance [Text Block] | How did the Fund perform during the reporting period? For the 12 months ended November 30, 2024, the Fund outperformed its benchmark, the Bloomberg Municipal CA Intermediate Bond Index. At the national level, economic growth hovered around 3% on a year-over-year basis for the period, quelling recession fears, and inflation fell below 3% in July. The Federal Reserve began to cut short-term interest rates in September. This pivot in monetary policy contributed to strong gains for U.S. investment-grade bonds. California remains a highly rated state, with substantial resources and financial flexibility. These are the most relevant themes for municipal bond creditors, notwithstanding attention-grabbing headlines about California’s outmigration and budget deficits. An above-benchmark level of interest rate sensitivity helped the Fund to outperform its benchmark as the Fed began its easing cycle. As the yield advantage of lower- versus higher-rated issues narrowed, pushing their prices higher, the Fund’s overweight to lower-rated bonds also helped performance. The most value was added through security selection, particularly within general obligation bonds, school districts, and hospitals. |

As the yield advantage of lower- versus higher-rated issues narrowed, pushing their prices higher, the Fund’s overweight to lower-rated bonds also helped performance. Security selection, particularly within general obligation bonds, school districts, and hospitals, added the most value. |

Factors Affecting Performance [Text Block] | How did the Fund perform during the reporting period? From its inception on January 26, 2024, through November 30, 2024, the Fund performed in line with its benchmark, the S&P California AMT-Free Municipal Bond Index. The Fund seeks to track this index, which measures the investment-grade segment of the California municipal bond market. At the national level, economic growth hovered around 3% on a year-over-year basis for the period, quelling recession fears, and inflation dropped below 3% in July. California munis near the bottom rung of the investment-grade credit ladder outperformed their higher-rated counterparts. By maturity, munis with maturities of 20–30 years posted the strongest returns for the period under review. |
