Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On June 6, 2007, we issued a press release to report financial results for the second quarter ended April 30, 2007. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 6, 2007, we issued a press release to report the declaration of a cash dividend on common stock of 25 cents per share payable July 13, 2007, to holders of record on June 22, 2007. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
In the press release noted in Item 2.02 above, we revised our fiscal year 2007 earnings guidance range of $1.35 to $1.45 per diluted share with emphasis on the upper end of that range to $1.40 to $1.50 per diluted share.
