Item 8.01

Other Events.

On September 1, 2010, the Board of Directors of TeamStaff, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Mr. Martin Delaney to serve as a member of the audit committee of the Company’s board of directors. Mr. Delaney currently serves as an independent member of the Company’s board of directors and was appointed to the audit committee following the resignation of Mr. Karl W. Dieckmann from the Company’s board of directors and audit committee.
