| (b) | On April 8, 2014, Lynda Gustafson provided notice of her resignation as Vice President, Corporate Controller of The Gymboree Corporation (the “Company”). Ms. Gustafson also acts as the Company’s principal accounting officer. Ms. Gustafson’s last day of employment with the Company will be on or about June 9, 2014. The Company intends to retain Ms. Gustafson as a consultant to the Company in connection with the transition to her successor. |
