Butler International, Inc. (the “Company”) today announced that the employment of Thomas J. Considine, Jr. as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company was terminated effective December 31, 2006. The Company’s Principal Accounting Officer will assume additional responsibilities as a result of this organizational change.
