On October 12, 2015 we issued a press release announcing receipt of a $2.5 million milestone payment from Egalet Corporation (“Egalet”)triggered by Egalet’s first commercial shipments of OXAYDO (oxycodone HCI), a product Egalet licensed from us. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
