Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On December 14, 2006, VistaCare, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2006. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. On the same date, VistaCare, Inc. issued a press release including unaudited financial information for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2006. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this report.
On December 14, 2006, the Company held a conference call discussing its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2006. A transcript of the conference call is furnished as Exhibit 99.3 to this report.
