DPL INC. DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

DAYTON, Ohio, April 26, 2006 –The Board of Directors of DPL Inc. (NYSE: DPL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share payable June 1, 2006 to common shareholders of record on May 15, 2006. The announced quarterly dividend continues the annualized rate of $1.00 per share.
