On July 14, 2008, DPL Inc. issued a press release announcing that its principal subsidiary, The Dayton Power and Light Company (“DP&L”), completed a DP&L-managed scrubber construction program. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
