Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 18, 2010, DPL Inc. issued a press release announcing that it will hold its 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, April 28, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time. The meeting will be held in Dayton, Ohio at the Dayton Convention Center. Holders of common shares of record at the close of business on March 4, 2010, are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the annual meeting. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
