On June 8, 2005, Johnson Outdoors Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that Paul A. Lehmann, the Company's Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the Company at the end of July 2005. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
