Item 8.01. Other Events.
On August 6, 2007, The Brink’s Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Brink’s, Incorporated, a subsidiary of the Company, had completed the sale of certain of its United Kingdom subsidiary’s domestic cash handling operations. A copy of this release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99 and incorporated herein by reference.
