We adopted a new Code of Conduct (the “Code”) effective May 19, 2010. The Code is posted on the corporate governance page of our website at http://www.halladorenergy.com.
The Code is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 14.
Item 8.01: Other Events
On May 19, 2010, we issued a press release announcing that we have been approved for listing on the NASDAQ and will begin trading on Friday, May 21, 2010 under the symbol HNRG. Hallador personnel will preside over the NASDAQ Opening Bell on Thursday, May 27, 2010. A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.
