Edward Rolquin, a member of the Board of Directors since February 2003, has submitted a letter to the Board announcing his retirement effective February 27, 2008. He also served as a member of the Compensation Committee.
In announcing his retirement, Mr. Rolquin, who recently celebrated his 80th Birthday stated, “I have both enjoyed my association with the Company and my fellow board members. I wish you success and am looking forward to great developments for IMDS in the future”.
The Nominating and Governance Committee is interviewing candidates to fill Mr. Rolquin’s seat on the board. The director will be appointed to serve until the next scheduled annual meeting of shareholders.
