Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 20, 2016, Analog Devices, Inc. and Linear Technology Corporation issued a joint press release announcing antitrust clearances in the United States and Germany relating to the proposed combination of Analog and Linear. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
