On May 3, 2011, Harleysville Group Inc. issued a press release reporting the declaration of a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.36 per share. The dividend will be payable June 30, 2011, to shareholders of record on June 15, 2011. The full text of the press release is provided as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and incorporated herein.
