Datawatch Corporation (“Datawatch”) and John Judge mutually agreed on April 6, 2016 that Mr. Judge will step down as Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales of Datawatch and end his employment with the company, effective June 30, 2016.
