On July 25, 2019, the Board of Directors of Astec Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of eleven cents ($0.11) per share of Company common stock to be paid on or after August 29, 2019 to the Company’s common shareholders of record as of August 12, 2019.
