As described in Note 16 to the Company’s financial statements included in its Annual Report on Form 10KSB for the year ended September 30, 2005, the Company has changed its fiscal year end to December 31. The Company will file its Annual Report on Form 10KSB for the year ended December 31, 2005 on or before March 31, 2006.
