5.02(e) Compensatory arrangements of certain officers
On May 15, 2008, the Compensation Committee of Candela Corporation’s Board of Directors approved a base salary increase for Dennis S. Herman, Senior Vice President of North American Sales. Mr. Herman will receive an annual base salary of $239,090. The salary increase will take effect retroactively to the date of his last review.
