On March 16, 2012, Anthony G. Martella informed The Navigators Group, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to resign as Senior Vice President and Chief Actuarial Officer of the Company in order to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Martella’s resignation will be effective on April 6, 2012.
Mr. Martella is not resigning as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
