On October 19, 2018, The Navigators Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvement Act of 1976, as amended (the “HSR Act”), expired with respect to the previously announced merger (the “Merger”) between the Company and a direct wholly owned subsidiary (“Merger Sub”) of The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc.
