	(d)      On December 12, 2007, the Board of Directors of Macy's, Inc. ("Macy's") elected Deirdre P. Connelly to serve as a member of Macy's Board of Directors, effective as of January 1, 2008. The term for all Directors expires at the 2008 annual meeting of Macy's stockholders.
