DECLARES CASH DIVIDEND
WINCHESTER, Va. (May 25, 2007) -- American Woodmark Corporation (NASDAQ: AMWD) today announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share to be paid on June 18, 2007, to shareholders of record on June 5, 2007.
