To approve a Plan of Reorganization (the “Plan”) whereby the Short-Term Bond Fund will be merged with and into the Mid-Term Bond Fund, a series of the Investment Company (the “Mid-Term Bond Fund”). The Plan contemplates (a) the sale of substantially all of the assets and liabilities of the Short-Term Bond Fund to the Mid-Term Bond Fund in exchange for shares of the Mid-Term Bond Fund, and (b) the distribution of such shares of the Mid-Term Bond Fund to the shareholders of the Short-Term Bond Fund in connection with the liquidation of the Short-Term Bond Fund.	o	o	o
