(b) On August 5, 2010, Kelly K. Masuda advised KB Home of his intention to resign from his position as Senior Vice President and Treasurer, effective August 18, 2010, for another leadership opportunity. Separately, on August 9, 2010, Wendy L. Marlett advised KB Home of her intention to resign from her position as Senior Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Communications, effective August 27, 2010, for another leadership opportunity.
