Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 16, 2008, Possis Medical, Inc., announced that it has launched a new Web site to raise public awareness for deep vein thrombosis, or DVT. The site, www.DVTanswers.com, provides basic education about the risk factors and symptoms of DVT; and, how the disease is diagnosed and how it can be treated. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.
