Lakeland Industries, Inc. signs a contract to Buy the Industrial Glove Assets of RFB Latex, Inc. of New Delhi, India. Attached as an Exhibit in this report is Lakeland Industries, Inc.’s announcement of the signing of a contract to purchase the Industrial Glove Assets of RFB latex, Ltd., of New Delhi, India.
