Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On October 15, 2019, Edward L. Willingham IV announced he will be retiring from his position as Chief Operating Officer effective December 31, 2019. Upon his retirement, the position of Chief Operating Officer will be discontinued with all responsibilities assumed by members of the Executive Leadership Team.
