On February 9, 2011, Unit Corporation issued a press release announcing its 2011 capital expenditure budget, 2010 total proved reserves as well as segment operations updates. This information is preliminary and unaudited. Audited final results will be provided in the company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2010. Actual results may vary from those contained in this press release.
