Explanation of Responses:

1. On August 6, 2020, an order confirming the plan of reorganization (the "Plan") of Unit Corporation (the "Company") and certain of its subsidiaries was entered by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division. On September 3, 2020, the Plan became effective and under its terms all of the Company's equity was cancelled.
