On January 30, 2013, ERHC Energy Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release extending the expiration date for its previously announced rights offering from Thursday, January 31, 2013 to Thursday, February 28, 2013. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
The Rights Offering is being made only by means of the Company’s prospectus supplement, in the form filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 27, 2012, which prospectus supplement became effective upon filing.
