Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On April 21, 2005, Dr. Andrew Uzoigwe and Mr. Howard Jeter were appointed to the Board of Directors of ERHC Energy Inc (“Company”).
Neither Dr. Uzoigwe nor Mr. Jeter has any arrangement or understanding with any persons pursuant to which they were selected as directors of the Company. Further, neither Dr. Uzoigwe nor Mr. Jeter has been involved with a related transaction or relationship as defined by Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K between the Company and himself.
As of the date hereof, it has not been determined which, if any, board committees Dr. Uoigwe and Mr. Jeter will join.
