Columbus, Ohio (March 10, 2005) - M/I Homes, Inc. (NYSE:MHO) announced today that February new contracts were 327 or 24% below February 2004 levels. The Company continues to anticipate that 2005 will see an approximate 15% increase in new contracts over 2004. The Company’s practice is to report new contracts on a quarterly basis; this information is being provided in preparation for certain meetings next week.
