ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT
ITEM 2.03 CREATION OF A DIRECT FINANCIAL OBLIGATION OR AN OBLIGATION UNDER AN OFF-BALANCE SHEET ARRANGEMENT OF A REGISTRANT
On December 2, 2005, we amended our $600 million senior unsecured revolving credit facility to increase our borrowing capacity under the facility by $125 million to $725 million. This amendment was pursuant to an accordion feature contained in the Credit Facility.
All other terms and provisions in the Credit Facility remain unchanged as a result of this amendment.
A copy of the Commitment and Acceptance Agreement is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
