On February 11, 2004, America’s Car-Mart, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it is reducing its earnings guidance for the third fiscal quarter ending January 31, 2004. The press release contains certain financial, operating and other information for the period ended January 31, 2004. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
