Our board of directors today approved a quarterly cash dividend payable May 15, 2007 of $.09 per share of our Class A common stock and $.0775 per share of our Class B common stock to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 1, 2007. These dividends represent percentage increases of 9.1% for our Class A common stock and 10.7% for our Class B common stock compared to the previous quarterly cash dividend.
